You don't need to go into the beyond to find the newest  frequencies on leadership today. I hope you will contemplate how you can incorporate this ideology into your higher conscious life in any situation.

 I was so blown away by this video. He validated beliefs and practice's I had literally convinced myself were unhealthy and crazy visions of a highly energetically aware person (me), when I wanted to implement them a decade ago. I almost cried with bittersweet release at 5min when he spoke of creating a work place that would enhance skills that would spillover to a happy home. 
I danced in my chair when he spoke of going beyond a problem orientation at 8:30min. 


I am So delighted he's modelling this genius company and providing a higher conscious approach to creating an environment for people to passionately loving the work they do.
